Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays may slightly delay processing times. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once processing begins.

Shipping Time: 

 Domestic shipping within : 3-7 business days.

International shipping: 7-14 business days (times may vary depending on the destination).

Shipping Fees:

Standard domestic shipping rates apply based on your location.

International shipping costs vary by country and will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update. If you experience any issues, feel free to contact us.

Shipping and Exchanges

We understand the importance of flexibility and customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are here to assist with exchanges or other resolutions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide photos of the issue for our review, and we’ll ensure a swift resolution, whether through a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Exchange Timeline:

Items eligible for exchange must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the exchange is due to our error.

Exchanges

Our goal is to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Exchanges are subject to the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Clearance items, customized orders, and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process:

Contact us via email or through our website’s contact form, providing your order details and the reason for the exchange.

Ship the item(s) back to us once your exchange request is approved.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new product to you.

Refunds

At Afrah Siroor, your satisfaction is our priority. If an exchange isn’t suitable, we also offer refunds under certain conditions.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are issued for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must meet the eligibility criteria (unworn, unwashed, and in original condition).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items:

Customized or personalized products.

Clearance and “final sale” items.

How to Request a Refund:

Email our customer service team with your order details and refund request.

Once approved, ship the product back to us.
